Diaz Acquisitions was founded by Ernesto Diaz and opened its doors in January of 2019. The goal was to build a firm aligned with the long-term needs of founders and families who had built successful enterprises, and had a vested interest in seeing their businesses flourish after transitioning to a new owner.
